It is created by infusing huge amounts of Chebe powder in pure olive oil. We use a special variety of peppermint essential oil to give it a very bright, fresh scent to mask chebe’s natural scent (similar to burnt incense). We have this inner most popular regular formulation and in “Grade B”, a budget-friendly alternative. Please see Specs below for more information.

Chebe is used by ladies in the country of Chad in Africa to cultivate healthy, thick, waist long locks, despite the fact that type 4 hair can sometimes be more fragile and thus harder to get to retain length. Our Chebe is imported from Chad from Miss Sahel.

About the Bundle:
Bundle and save $3* dollars on the oil + lotion over purchasing separately (*4 oz; 2 oz Bundle saves you $1.50). You will get one 4 or 2 ounce bottle (whichever you choose) of Grade A Chebe Oil and one 4 ounce bottle of Chebe Hair Lotion. Both will come in a plastic bottle.
Oil Recommended use: May be used every 5 days along with Chebe powder, OR 3-4x per week, massage it in to scalp well for a couple of minutes and it can be used with the inversion method in which you bend at your waist, pointing your head downward whilst massaging the oil into your scalp (but only use the inversion method has been deemed safe for you by a physician- some people have conditions that may be aggravated by doing it).

Regular use: Apply a quarter-sized amount to damp hair; repeat as needed 3-4 times per week.

Oil Specs: The oil is greenish brown, with some particles of chebe and it smells like fresh peppermint. It is available in 2 or 4 ounce glass dropper bottle or plastic bottle. (We ship glass to U.S. addresses only; we do not ship glass outside of the U.S. because of the greater risk of breakage and the elevated cost of shipping glass which is somewhat heavier than plastic). Hair Lotion Specs: Off-white colored cream of medium thickness. You will get one 4 or 2 ounce plastic bottle (whichever you choose) of Chebe Hair Lotion. We have now started sending the lotion out in squeezable plastic bottles since the clear bottles can be a bit hard to squeeze product out of. These bottles are made by a different manufacturer than our usual clear bottles. For this reason and the fact that it is a different type of plastic (LDPE, a softer and thicker plastic) they may appear to be larger in size than the clear bottles, but be assured that they can hold the same amount of product.
Bundle Specs: You will get one 4 or 2 ounce bottle (whichever you choose) of Grade A Chebe Oil and one 4 or 2 ounce bottle (whichever you choose) of Chebe Hair Lotion. Both will come in plastic bottles.

Used for centuries by Indian women as the secret to their beautiful hair (the most sought-after hair in the world, by the way) Amla is purported to: Promote hair growth Help prevent hair breakage Help prevent split ends Impart shine to the hair Rich in antioxidants Be high in Vitamin C & Fatty acids that nourish hair follicles …and that's not all- our castor oil base promotes healthy hair growth as well. The base is 100% organic, cold-pressed castor oil, and is not cut with cheaper oils like some you may find in your local beauty supply store. This is the real deal. I make this blend using the somewhat tedious Ayurvedic technique of making a Kashayam. I use real cow's milk (for the vitamins) and organic ground coconut. (If you are vegan and/or prefer a version of this oil made WITHOUT cow's milk, it can be done for an additional $2.20 special batch fee. Please message me to purchase this way and I will create a special listing for you). I add a generous amount of Amla which has been imported from India and cook it down until the oil is complete. The finished product is a beautiful, reddish orange tinted oil that does not color or stain hair. What can you do with this oil: Hot oil deep conditioning Daily scalp massage to promote growth Use in daily styling Use on ends to protect against dryness and breakage Ingredients: Organic Ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, Emblica officinalis (amla) Fruit, Lac (Cow’s) milk, Organic Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) meal. We now leave some of the herbal powder in the oil because I have found that doing so makes for a far superior product: • It can continue to infuse into the oil for the life of the product, thus resulting in an even more potent oil as time goes on • It can enhance scalp massage with the oil due to the fine grain Specs: will come in a plastic bottle with a twist top spout for easy application to the scalp. How to use: Shake well before use. A little really does go a long way. This oil is pretty thick so be sure not to use too much, especially for straighter/non-ethnic types of hair. Important: if applying directly mohair or completely dry hair and scalp- do not get moisture inside the bottle, whatever you do, as it can cause mold and bacteria to grow. For best results, use daily by massaging into the scalp, lubricating the ends of hair as needed. Even better results can be achieved when using in conjunction with GHE (the greenhouse effect) or the inversion (Power Growth) method. Instructions on how to do these methods will be included with your order*. Just be aware that this and all oils can stain clothing, so it's best to apply the oil before you get dressed or in clothes you don't mind getting stained. You may also choose to put the oil on before bed and wash out in the morning, or leave it in for up to one week. It contains 12 botanicals that are known scalp stimulants. As long as your hair follicles are not completely dead (as found in some male-pattern baldness/certain types of alopecia, etc.) it can be of help. It also contains botanicals that work to soften and strengthen your hair to prevent breakage, so that you keep more of your length, and it has the added bonus of making your hair very shiny. It contains pure, golden jojoba oil, along with 26 other ingredients such as essential oils and raw botanicals from all over the world (including exotic Indian Amla) that help grow soften and strengthen your hair. How to use: Apply to freshly washed hair, working through hair from roots to ends. Leave conditioner on for 2-5 minutes, then rinse out of hair with cool water and style as desired. Also great as a deep conditioner. Apply to hair and cover with a thermal conditioning cap. Leave on the hair for up to one hour, then rinse and style hair as desired. To use as a Leave-in conditioner, add 1 teaspoon of conditioner in 2 ounces of distilled water (tap water contains organisms that can create bacteria and mold) and blend well. Decant into a clean spray bottle and you're all set! Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days before discarding. The conditioner is a beige/tan cream of medium thickness and it comes in an FOUR (4) ounce bottle with flip one disk top.
