Specs: A reddish colored oil of medium thickness. Has a scent that is mildly similar to the scent of lemon meringue pie, though not ultra “lemony”. Comes in a 4 ounce plastic bottle with twist open applicator. Note: We are currently rebranding from “HairHealth+” to “Herbogen” and are making new labels with the new brand as the old labels run out. For this reason you may receive a product with one of the two brands on it.
A Little Goes A Long Way!
You can just apply and massage in a few drops on your scalp about 3 times a week, or you may apply it all over your hair – the choice is yours! If you apply it to your scalp only, one 4 oz bottle should last you approximately 3-4 months.
Warnings: Do not use this oil on the face or anywhere near the eyes as it contains cayenne pepper and extreme irritation could occur if any oil got into the eyes. Do not use it on eyelashes or eyebrows. Do not ingest. What's the difference between Super Concentrated and Regular Formula?: Regular formula is Super Concentrated diluted by half with Olive oil to make it more affordable. How do you use it? Simply part your hair and using the bottle's applicator tip, put a few drops of oil onto your scalp (Apply sparingly). Massage the oil into the scalp and then smooth through the length of your hair. Keep parting your hair about 1/2 to 1 inch apart and repeat the previous step until entire scalp has been covered with oil. Finally, squeeze a small amount of oil into your hands and apply it to the ends of your hair. You may either proceed to style your hair or use a conditioning cap and let it sit for an hour before washing out. You may use this as a weekly hot oil treatment, with the Inversion Method, apply it before bed and wash out in the morning, or leave it in for up to a week. Hair was washed and was NOT conditioned (just to show how well the rinse can work on its own), nor was oil or any product added to the hair. Rinse was diluted, added to the hair, then rinsed out with cold water and air dried. Important note: If you are experiencing huge amounts of hair fall from the root, it is recommended that you see a physician to determine the cause as unless and until you do, you may have limited results with this or any topical product. For example, one may be losing hair due to a vitamin deficiency or hormonal imbalance. Until the root cause is diagnosed and addressed, hair fall may still continue to occur, no matter what products are used. I've received this item in a reasonable amount of time. I wanted a month to give feedback. I see a reasonable amount of health growth, with daily vitamins. I have lots of health issues, so I do need the extra vitamins; I've been taking them before ordering here. I'm separating one ounce at a time. It just seems to last longer. I love different smells, so I've added essential oils according to my liking.
It's a great product. With anything it takes patience, and one shouldn't expect hair to the floor overnight. I always give things 90 days personally; but this product has helped me a lot. I would recommend it, and purchase again.
