This hair jelly made with African growth secret Chebe and peppermint was created to help encourage healthy hair growth and length retention. It is ideal for people who wish to avoid drips that can happen when using oil.
It is created by infusing huge amounts of Chebe powder in Castor Jelly. We then add a special variety of peppermint essential oil which is harvested earlier in the season for best quality and potency. The finished product is thick and emollient with a consistency similar to salve or ointment.
**Due to the thick and coating nature of this product, it is not recommended for low porosity hair.**
What is Chebe?
Chebe is used by ladies in the country of Chad Africa to cultivate healthy, thick, waist long locks, despite the fact that type 4 hair can sometimes be more fragile and thus harder to get to retain length. Our Chebe is imported from Chad from Miss Sahel.
Recommended use: May be used 3-4x per week, start with a dime-sized amount and apply to hair, distributing it throughout; use more only as needed.

MELT WARNING- Salves/Jellies, Hairdressings, Butters and other semi-solid to solid products are subject to melting when exposed to temperatures above 72 degrees. Depending on the season/temperature, this product may melt in transit to you. The product may still be fine to use, it just might lose its texture. In most cases, refrigeration or freezing for about 15-30 minutes may be sufficient to re-solidify it.
Despite our best efforts, there is no way for us to prevent melting unless maybe the items are shipped refrigerated overnight, which would cost approximately $30 extra in shipping.

What's the difference between Super Concentrated and Regular Formula?: Regular formula is Super Concentrated diluted by half with Olive oil to make it more affordable. How do you use it? Simply part your hair and using the bottle's applicator tip, put a few drops of oil onto your scalp (Apply sparingly). Massage the oil into the scalp and then smooth through the length of your hair. Received this yesterday which was perfect because my locs were freshly shampooed. I truly believe my scalp made a slurping sound! I have 4C-4Z, high porosity hair; moisture is a foregone conclusion for me. I am so pleased and today my scalp is not dry or itching and feels very supple. Definitely ordering more.

I love this. It's nice and thick and moisturizing which I really need in the colder months because my scalp dries out a lot. So I'm very satisfied with this jelly. It doesn't irritate either, thankfully. I'll be looking to see what it does for my hair as I continue to use it but I'm hoping for great things.
