Recommended use: part hair and spritz directly onto to the scalp once daily, then massage in for 1-3 minutes. Use one spritz per affected area, or 6-8 spritzes maximum spread out at various points on scalp and massage into entire scalp. You may wash out daily or leave for up to one week maximum before washing out.
Ingredients: Water, Equisetum arvense (Horsetail), Urtica dioica (Nettle) Leaf, Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Sorbic Acid.
*It does contain a paraben and formaldehyde-free preservative system (Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Sorbic Acid). Why preservatives: a preservative is an absolute MUST in a formula with herbs and water, as herbs are notorious for growing mold in water without a preservative and it would only hold up for about 3 days maximum refrigerated without a preservative. The preservative allows the product to be shelf stable so that you may safely use your product.

I make the oil part of this conditioner using the somewhat tedious Ayurvedic technique of making a Kashayam. I use real cow's milk (for the vitamins) and fresh coconut meat from a whole coconut I crack open myself (never pre-shredded or pre-prepared coconut). I add all 10 Ayurvedic herbs imported from India and cook it down until complete. The finished product is a a green tinted clear oil which is blended with purified water and emulsifier to produce this creamy, effective conditioner. How to use: Apply to freshly washed hair, working through hair from roots to ends. Let conditioner on for 2-5 minutes, then rinse out of hair with cool water and style as desired. I absolutely love this spray and can’t wait to re-order! I will order the bigger size next time. I have an itchy crown and although ‘relieving itchy scalp’ is not one of the benefits listed, it definitely provided relief for me.
