Rush Fee Level 1

Description

Please contact us FIRST before purchasing this, as failure to do so may result in canceling your order and having to start over again.

This is a Level 1 Rush fee which only applies to certain rush orders. Before purchasing a rush fee, please contact with what you’d like to order if you need your order sooner and we will let you know if:

1) It is possible for us to make what you need and ship in time

2) Which level rush fee to purchase. Please do not purchase a rush fee on your own without consulting with us first as you may choose the wrong level and the order may have to be cancelled, refunded and you may have to order again. In rush situations when time is of the essence, you do not want to have to go through that :).

This fee applies to PRODUCTION TIME only (the time it takes to make the item/s), not shipping time; and it basically means you are paying extra for us to pull your order to the front of the line. If you need your item by a specific date that is less than one week away, you will have to purchase an expedited shipping optioning addition to the rush fee, but please note, not all expedited shipping services GUARANTEE delivery by a certain day, for example, USPS Priority is usually faster, but is *not* guaranteed to arrive by a certain day, an overnight shipping is one guaranteed if the package is at the post office by a certain time on that day. Please note, for some places (foreign countries and outlying areas of the U.S., overnight shipping may not be available.

*****IMPORTANT: If you need it by a specific day that is 4 days or less away, we recommend you purchase Priority Express Overnight, as we cannot be responsible (refund, etc.) for items not shipped overnight that do not arrive in time- and depending on the time of your order, the item may not arrive overnight, but on the 2nd day as the USPS has cutoff times.
