Do you have slow growing hair? In the past, it took me a whole year to get my hair from 5 1/2 inches long to 8 inches long (typical hair growth is about 6 inches per year)! I became frustrated and did some research into hair growth, and researched all of the most effective folk methods used around the world for long, strong, soft and shiny hair (India, Mexico, etc.) and came up with this powerful formulation.
I started making it by hand, using it on myself, but it wasn't long before friends, family and associates were clamoring for me to make some for them! After being told "you should sell this stuff!" Here I am! We have different formulations for Normal and Dry hair, so be sure to choose the best formula for you when ordering. Due to the heavier oils (olive oil, etc.,) this oil is not suitable for low-porosity hair.
How does it work?
As long as your hair follicles are not completely dead (as found in some male-pattern baldness/certain types of alopecia, etc.) it may be of help. It also contains botanicals that can help soften and condition your hair to prevent breakage, so that you keep more of your length. You can also use this as a hot oil treatment. It contains pure, golden jojoba oil (and castor and coconut oils in Dry hair formula), along with 26 other ingredients such as essential oils and herbs for hair growth from all over the world (including exotic Indian Amla, Burdock root, stinging nettle, ) that help grow soften and condition your hair. You would be hard pressed to find another hair oil with this many powerful natural ingredients! This formula is best for use on darker hair, as some of the ingredients may tint lighter hair (grey/white/blonde) when used over time.
Since many people use WAY too much heat when heat styling, this product is not recommended for use with extreme heat styling. I very rarely use heat, but I only do so on low settings with heat protectant in my hair. Since oil can get very hot, using heat styling tools that are too hot may damage the hair. To Use:
You simply shake well, then apply a small amount to your fingertips (a little goes a long way, so no need to oversaturate!), and massage it into your scalp with the pads of your fingers for 2-3 minutes, 3-4 times per week. You massage the scalp each day, even when not using oil. After applying oil, you should start to feel some slight tingling in your scalp within the first 5 minutes. After applying to scalp, you may gently brush hair from scalp to ends of hair to distribute the product evenly throughout your hair. You may also use this as a hot oil treatment before washing out. If you have drier hair (as found in most African types of hair) you may leave this in, but you should wash your hair at least once a week. It is concentrated so a little goes a long way. A four ounce bottle should last about 1-3 months depending on amount used and how often the oil is used. You may also use this as a hot oil treatment to help condition your hair, especially your ends, which tend to be the driest part of hair.

Texture: Medium viscosity oil.
Look: Medium-dark brown. The herbs/botanicals may be visible throughout. No two look the same.
Scent: The Regular/Unscented Smells deeply herbaceous - a bit like mulch with a touch of pepper and camphor.
Packaging: This product comes in your choice of either a clear plastic bottle with applicator tip, or a glass dropper bottle. Notes: We do not ship glass outside of the US. We are in the process of re-branding to a new brand name. Some orders will come labeled with he "HairHealth+" Brand and others will come with the "Herbogen" Brand. What is the difference in formulas?: Super Concentrated & Regular Strength have SAME ingredients, Super Concentrated just has double the herbal actives and less of base oil. Regular Strength is diluted, and is basically 1/2 Super Concentrated formula, and 1/2 base oil.

Why is it so expensive?
You truly get what you pay for with this product. It is chock-full of botanicals that are expensive and some that are even rare, it is all natural and made by hand in a process that takes up to 7 days. Additionally, no one else makes this product- it is our own exclusive, secret recipe that took quite some time to develop.
FAQ
Q: Does this product make hair grow thicker?
A: It may help make hair appear thicker as it re-grows from breakage and damage. Otherwise, hair thickness is determined by genetics, which controls how many individual hair follicles you have on your head at birth. Some people have tons of hair follicles, and others have less. Some people's individual hairs are fine and others' are coarse. My product, as wonderful as it is, will not change your genetic structure, cause the individual hairs to be permanently thicker or create more hair follicles on your head - no known topical treatment can.
Q: Will you sell me the recipe so I can make it at home?
A: No way. This recipe is really one of a kind and there is no way I would sell the recipe. Not even for $50,000 dollars. If you have $100,000, then maybe we can talk :) Besides, if you purchased all the materials to make this at home it would cost you about 4 times as much than if you just bought a bottle of it already made.
Q: Is there any Mineral Oil in this formula?
A: No. There is absolutely no mineral oil in this formula.
Q: How long will it take to work?
A: As much as we know people want to see a definitive answer on this, the truth is it is impossible to predict. It really depends greatly on the present condition of your hair, your diet/vitamin regimen, any health conditions you may have, your hair care regimen and whether you use any chemical or heat processes on your hair. No honest seller will make a specific claim, because since everyone is different and treats their hair differently it would be impossible to determine specific results. For example, one customer may use this product and also treat their hair well (no heat or chemicals, taking the time to detangle properly and use "protective" styling methods) and gain 6-8 inches in a year. Another customer may use a flat iron frequently or a relaxer and end up experiencing damage and breakage, resulting in only 3-4 inches gained in one year. It isn't that the hair did not grow, but it broke off just as fast as it grew.

I make this blend using the somewhat tedious Ayurvedic technique of making a Kashayam. This is vegan, made without animal products. The finished product is a beautiful, greenish tinted oil that does not color or stain hair.
What can you do with this oil:
Hot oil deep conditioning
Daily scalp massage
Use in daily styling
Use on ends to protect against dryness and breakage
Specs: translucent green-brown colored oil- it is fractionated so that it stays liquid. Comes in a squeezable plastic bottle with a spout for easy application to the scalp. This oil is on the lightweight/thinner side.
How to use: you may use this to condition your scalp and hair, as often as you like. *All bottles contain 4 fluid ounces, so you will get every drop you paid for, but bottles will not be filled to the top.
For best results, use daily by massaging into the scalp, lubricating the ends of hair as needed. Even better results can be achieved when using in conjunction with GHE (the greenhouse effect) or the inversion (Power Growth) method. Instructions on how to do these methods will be included with your order*. Just be aware that this and all oils can stain clothing, so it's best to apply the oil before you get dressed or in clothes you don't mind getting stained. You may also choose to put the oil on before bed and wash out in the morning, or leave it in for up to one week. You also may have good results by oiling your hair at night and "baggy-ing" it - meaning you put a plastic bag or shower cap on your hair, and cover that with a scarf. In the morning you can wash your hair and style as normal.
HAIR DYE/HAIR COLORING NOTE: for those that color their hair - while I have not noticed any loss of hair coloring while using this product, some people have reported that coconut oil in general causes their hair color to fade, while others report no issues at all. I believe the affect would vary between different brands, types and shades of hair coloring, so I have no way to guarantee that it will not affect your specific color. If you choose to try the product, please try a patch test on a small piece of hair before doing the whole head, or see our sample listing and order a couple of sample of this first to see how it may affect your hair coloring.

A Little Goes A Long Way:
If you apply it to your scalp only, one 4 oz bottle can last approximately 2-3 months. Over time and with regular use, you should see noticeably stronger, more beautiful hair.
So how long will it take to work?
That depends on the type and condition of your hair, state of health, diet, etc. (see our FAQ's for more info). Some users notice an almost immediate result, such as noticeable growth in the first few weeks. Other users see results within 2-3+ months of frequent use.

Can be used on all hair types! African hair to Caucasian hair, and every kind in between. It is a high-quality cider vinegar rinse concentrate (don't worry, the scent does NOT linger!) infused with fine herbs like Horsetail, Rosemary, Sage along with four more herbs that promote hair growth and strengthening. It is a great hair clarifier that when used as directed, can seal and smooth down the rough cuticles on the hair shaft which results in glossy hair. Simply pour the rinse (diluted with water as directed) through the hair and scalp after washing, and then rinse out with cool water. **Not for use on color treated hair - vinegar rinse does not strip permanent hair dye, but it can change the shade. Want to see results? See the actual photo above of hair before and after use. Hair was washed and was NOT conditioned (just to show how well the rinse can work on its own), nor was oil or any product added to the hair. Rinse was diluted, added to the hair, then rinsed out with cold water and air dried.
Important note: If you are experiencing huge amounts of hair fall from the root, it is recommended that you see a physician to determine the cause as unless and until you do, you may have limited results with this or any topical product.
For example, one may be losing hair due to a vitamin deficiency or hormonal imbalance. Until the root cause is diagnosed and addressed, hair fall may still continue to occur, no matter what products are used. How to use:
Apply to freshly washed hair, working through hair from roots to ends. Leave conditioner on for 2-5 minutes, then rinse out of hair with cool water and style as desired. Also great as a deep conditioner. Apply to hair and cover with a thermal conditioning cap. Leave on the hair for up to one hour, then rinse and style hair as desired. To use as a Leave-in conditioner, add 1 teaspoon of conditioner in 2 ounces of distilled water (tap water contains organisms that can create bacteria and mold) and blend well. Decant into a clean spray bottle and you're all set! Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days before discarding.
The conditioner is a beige/tan cream of medium thickness and it comes in an 16 ounce pump.

What is Moringa?
Moringa is a powerhouse of over 90 nutrients, 46 antioxidants, 18 different Amino Acids, 7 times more vitamin C than an orange, 17 times more calcium than milk, 25 times more iron than Spinach and 10 times more Protein than yogurt, 10 times the Omega 3's found in Salmon, 10x the Beta Carotene found in a Carrot and more.
I recommend you use it 3-4x per week, massage it in to scalp well for a couple of minutes and it can be used with the inversion method in which you bend at your waist, pointing your head downward whilst massaging the oil into your scalp (but only use the inversion method has been deemed safe for you by a physician- some people have conditions that may be aggravated by doing it).

Specs: The oil is a translucent green. It smells very "green"; similar to the scent of wheatgrass. But the scent is not super noticeable a few minutes after applying. It is available in 2 and 4 ounce sizes, in a glass dropper bottle or plastic bottle. (Glass to U.S. addresses only; we do not ship glass outside of the U.S. because of the greater risk of breakage and the elevated cost of shipping glass which is somewhat heavier than plastic).
