Specs: A reddish colored oil of medium thickness. Has a scent that is mildly similar to the scent of lemon meringue pie, though not ultra “lemony”. Comes in a 4 ounce plastic bottle with twist open applicator. Note: We are currently rebranding from “HairHealth+” to “Herbogen” and are making new labels with the new brand as the old labels run out. For this reason you may receive a product with one of the two brands on it.
A Little Goes A Long Way!
You can just apply and massage in a few drops on your scalp about 3 times a week, or you may apply it all over your hair – the choice is yours! If you apply it to your scalp only, one 4 oz bottle should last you approximately 3-4 months.
Warnings: Do not use this oil on the face or anywhere near the eyes as it contains cayenne pepper and extreme irritation could occur if any oil got into the eyes. Do not use it on eyelashes or eyebrows. Do not ingest. This is not an everyday use conditioner - you will want to use it once weekly or twice a month as needed while using your regular daily conditioner in the mean time. The reason for this is that it is a highly concentrated fortifying conditioner that contains many components that promote stronger looking hair, such as silica. Overuse of any fortifying treatment - not just this one - can result in a "coarse" feel to your hair, much like when you over treat your had with protein treatments. So a little goes a long way, so there is no need to use a lot. Works on all hair textures: Caucasian, African & Asian. I've received this item in a reasonable amount of time. I wanted a month to give feedback. I see a reasonable amount of health growth, with daily vitamins. I have lots of health issues, so I do need the extra vitamins; I've been taking them before ordering here. I'm separating one ounce at a time. It just seems to last longer. I love different smells, so I've added essential oils according to my liking.
It's a great product. With anything it takes patience, and one shouldn't expect hair to the floor overnight. I always give things 90 days personally; but this product has helped me a lot. I would recommend it, and purchase again.
