It helps the comb glide right through tangles, smoothing and define curls without hardness, flakes or hair that looks and feels coated and ashen. That’s right- it creates defined curls that are actually SOFT to the touch. It is four products in one – a conditioner, detangler, styling creme and leave-in all wrapped into one. Do not be intimidated by the name – It works fabulously on all textures of hair, from the tightest coils, to the loosest ringlets and waves – curls of all types can benefit from the use of this product. This product is not suitable for low porosity hair.
You may use this:
• To condition hair after washing
• On Damp hair to detangle (you can leave it in for more definition or rinse out)
• On dry or semi-damp hair to create twist-outs, braid outs/beach waves or to style in other ways

Since you use less of this oil as compared to some others, you get the most value for your dollar. What properties does Amla have that can make it beneficial for your hair? Used for centuries by Indian women as the secret to their beautiful hair (the most sought-after hair in the world, by the way) Amla is purported to: Promote hair growth Help prevent hair breakage Help prevent split ends Impart shine to the hair Rich in antioxidants Be high in Vitamin C & Fatty acids that nourish hair follicles …and that's not all- our castor oil base promotes healthy hair growth as well. The base is 100% organic, cold-pressed castor oil, and is not cut with cheaper oils like some you may find in your local beauty supply store. This is the real deal. I make this blend using the somewhat tedious Ayurvedic technique of making a Kashayam. I use real cow's milk (for the vitamins) and organic ground coconut. (If you are vegan and/or prefer a version of this oil made WITHOUT cow's milk, it can be done for an additional $2.20 special batch fee. Please message me to purchase this way and I will create a special listing for you). I add a generous amount of Amla which has been imported from India and cook it down until the oil is complete. The finished product is a beautiful, reddish orange tinted oil that does not color or stain hair. What can you do with this oil: Hot oil deep conditioning Daily scalp massage to promote growth Use in daily styling Use on ends to protect against dryness and breakage Ingredients: Organic Ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, Emblica officinalis (amla) Fruit, Lac (Cow’s) milk, Organic Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) meal. We now leave some of the herbal powder in the oil because I have found that doing so makes for a far superior product: • It can continue to infuse into the oil for the life of the product, thus resulting in an even more potent oil as time goes on • It can enhance scalp massage with the oil due to the fine grain Specs: will come in a plastic bottle with a twist top spout for easy application to the scalp. How to use: Shake well before use. A little really does go a long way. This oil is pretty thick so be sure not to use too much, especially for straighter/non-ethnic types of hair. Important: if applying directly mohair or completely dry hair and scalp- do not get moisture inside the bottle, whatever you do, as it can cause mold and bacteria to grow. For best results, use daily by massaging into the scalp, lubricating the ends of hair as needed.
