Do Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Shea Butter and Olive Oil make your hair feel dry? If so, you may have low porosity hair, a type of hair that requires special care and products to help get moisture into the hair shaft and keep it there. The oils mentioned above are a bit too heavy and coating for low porosity hair, and using them results in moisture being locked out of the hair shaft, leading to dry, fragile hair. This blend was formulated with the lightweight base oils of Grape seed, Argan and Jojoba which are ideal for low porosity hair as well as top-quality essential oils. The Ayurvedic formula does not contain Jojoba or Argan oils.
It comes in four different herbal formulas: Dry Hair Formula for hair that needs a bit of pampering, Growth Booster Formula for those who want to encourage healthy growth, Fortifying Formula and 10 Herb Ayurvedic Formula for fragile hair**. Directions: massage scalp with a few drops of oil for 2-3 minutes before bed. Wrap hair and/or place towel over pillow to protect bedding from stains. Shampoo/condition hair in the morning, or leave in.
Specs: this listing is for 1 (one) 4 ounce (by volume) bottle of oil of your choice (as opposed to all three oils). It comes in a plastic squeezable bottle with a spout top). The bottle does not come filled all the way to the top, but you will get a full four ounces of oil (by volume). Each Oil has a different scent characteristic of the essential oils therein. Of the three, the growth booster formula is more “green” or medicinal smelling, The Fragile Hair and Dry Hair Formulas are more mild, sweet and pleasant, but still earthy smelling. The 10 Herb Ayurvedic Blend comes with a light, natural Patchouli fragrance. You can request the Ayurvedic formula unscented (just put a not in your order to make it unscented), it just isn’t recommended as the plain oil smells very cooking oil-esque.

There was so much care put into the package. You can tell they put their heart into the products. The oil just arrived a few days ago, so its too soon to tell how well it will work but I'm hopeful. The smell is light & refreshing, not bothersome at all.

I really like the smell from the essential oils and you really don't need much with this. I have a sensitive scalp and needed an oil that would possibly be lightly scented naturally or no scent. This oil fits that.
Love that low porosity heads were not overlooked! I like the blend so far and am excited to see what this may offer to my hair.
