This is based on an old, trusted recipe that Indian women swore by to promote long, black, lustrous hair and a clean, moisturized and clear scalp**.
Good for all hair types (just be sure your hair “plays well” with coconut oil as well as the rest of the ingredients). Can also be used on your hair under your weave or with braids so you can keep hair moisturized and promote beautiful and abundant locks**.
Ingredients: Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (Coconut oil), Emblica officinalis (Amla) Fruit, Murraya Koenigii (Curry) Leaf, Alkanna tinctoria (Alkanet) Root Powder, Brassica Alba (Mustard) Seed oil, Trigonella Foenum-Graecum (Fenugreek) Seed, Hibiscus rosa sinensis (Hibiscus) Essential oil.
How to use: All you need to do is rub a few drops into the scalp once or twice a day. You may also be able to boost things even more by using this with the inversion method (details on how to of this come with your order*). You do not need to put this all over your hair – concentrate this precious oil mostly on your scalp.
Specs: Comes in a one-ounce frosted glass dropper bottle, a 2 oz glass dropper or clear plastic bottle and a 4 ounce glass dropper bottle or clear (not frosted) plastic bottle with plastic twist nozzle (not pictured). Used for centuries by Indian women as the secret to their beautiful hair (the most sought-after hair in the world, by the way) Amla is purported to: Promote hair growth Help prevent hair breakage Help prevent split ends Impart shine to the hair Rich in antioxidants Be high in Vitamin C & Fatty acids that nourish hair follicles …and that's not all- our castor oil base promotes healthy hair growth as well. The base is 100% organic, cold-pressed castor oil, and is not cut with cheaper oils like some you may find in your local beauty supply store. This is the real deal. I make this blend using the somewhat tedious Ayurvedic technique of making a Kashayam. I use real cow's milk (for the vitamins) and organic ground coconut. What can you do with this oil: Hot oil deep conditioning Daily scalp massage to promote growth Use in daily styling Use on ends to protect against dryness and breakage Ingredients: Organic Ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, Emblica officinalis (amla) Fruit, Lac (Cow’s) milk, Organic Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) meal. We now leave some of the herbal powder in the oil because I have found that doing so makes for a far superior product: • It can continue to infuse into the oil for the life of the product, thus resulting in an even more potent oil as time goes on • It can enhance scalp massage with the oil due to the fine grain Specs: will come in a plastic bottle with a twist top spout for easy application to the scalp. How to use: Shake well before use. A little really does go a long way. This oil is pretty thick so be sure not to use too much, especially for straighter/non-ethnic types of hair. Important: if applying directly mohair or completely dry hair and scalp- do not get moisture inside the bottle, whatever you do, as it can cause mold and bacteria to grow. For best results, use daily by massaging into the scalp, lubricating the ends of hair as needed. Even better results can be achieved when using in conjunction with GHE (the greenhouse effect) or the inversion (Power Growth) method.
